Small Group & Ministry Event Request Forms
Step #1: Reserve Your Event Space
If your event is at the church, fill out the short form to request your rental space. Then wait for your event to be approved before moving on to the next step.
**If your event is not here at the church you can skip this step.
Step #2: Request Promo materials to be created
The Creative Arts team can design graphics and promo materials for your event. Please fill out the form below at least 3 weeks before promotion starts.
**Please note that if your choose to make your own promo materials, you still must have the Creative Arts Team approval before release to the public.
**Also note: If you need the church to print your approved promo materials (flyers, banners, etc) they must be requested 1 week in advance of promo launch.
Step #3: Submit your promotional plan
Below are your options available at the church and through the church for promoting your event. (All promo items are subject to availability & approval)
- 4 Weeks before Event
- Promotion on Atrium TV’s and Newsletter
- 2 Weeks before Event
- Printed Flyers
- Banner and Banner Stand in Atrium
- Promo Booth in the Atrium

- Happenings (Newsletter in common areas of the church)
- PLEASE NOTE: Announcements from the stage are not available for request. Your event may be selected to be featured from the stage.
